Professional cleanliness for stable operation of salt electrolysis systems
Highly purified pool salt is intended for salt electrolysis systems, where it serves as the basic raw material for continuous and automatic chlorine production. The correct concentration and purity of the salt are crucial for stable operation of the electrolytic cell, optimal ORP value and longevity of the entire equipment.
Without quality salt, even the most advanced electrolysis system cannot provide reliable disinfection.
Forget about manual chlorine dosing and leave water maintenance to an automated system that continuously produces a natural disinfectant effect.
Why is the purity of salt crucial?
The quality of salt directly affects:
stability of chlorine production
electricity consumption
life of an electrolytic cell
scale buildup on electrodes
stability of ORP (redox) values
Our pool salt contains minimal insoluble residues and metals, reducing the risk of damage to sensitive system components.
Benefits of using
✔ Fast and complete dissolution without residue
✔ Safe for foil, polyester and ceramic coverings
✔ Extends the life of the electrolytic cell
✔ Stabilizes chlorine production
✔ Provides a naturally soft feel of water
Ideal salt concentration in the pool
For most salt electrolysis systems, it is recommended to:
4 – 5 g/L (4000 – 5000 ppm)
Example of calculation:
Pool 30 m³ → 120 – 150 kg
Pool 50 m³ → 200 – 250 kg
Pool 80 m³ → 320 – 400 kg
Always adjust the exact value to the device manufacturer's specifications.
When to add salt?
Salt is not consumed like chlorine – it remains in the water and is recirculated through the system.
Addition is required:
when filling the pool for the first time
after partial water discharge
when the device signals low salinity
