-One-time winter pool preparation - including draining water, cleaning the pool, advising on the best winter maintenance option - chemicals or vinyl cover; disassembly of the pump

-Regular pool maintenance - usually 2 times a week, including the following:

• Preparing your pool for the summer season

• Testing the water for pH balance according to the approved weekly schedule

• Testing water for chlorine levels

• Coordination of pool inspection by the regional health inspectorate (only for categorized rental properties)
